Sally-Ann Pazsak, 72, of Milford, beloved wife of Alexander Pazsak, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2018. Born on April 13, 1946 in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of the late Frank and SallyAnn (Yish) Chop.
Sally-Ann graduated from Central High School in Bridgeport and went on to retire from the City of Milford after 30 years of service in the accounting department. She was a payroll and insurance expert who was always willing to help everyone. She loved food, impeccable handwriting, and talking. She also enjoyed spontaneous good times, tap dancing, and trips to New Hampshire. Sally-Ann loved Broadway shows and “The Phantom of the Opera” was her favorite. However, nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by her family and many friends.
In addition to her husband Alexander, Sally-Ann is survived by her children, Emory (Eileen) Allaire and Jeannette (Scott) Moran; her grandchildren, Ashleigh, Caitlin and Kevin Allaire, and Thomas and Amanda Moran; her stepchildren, Alex (Liz) Pazsak, Steven (Angela) Pazsak and Brian (Tammi) Pazsak; her step-grandchildren; her siblings, Frank (Barbara) Chop and Beverly (Micky) Birch; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and her dog, Rudy. Sally-Ann was predeceased by her brother, Robert Chop.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Mary Church, 70 Gulf St., Milford (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH). Interment will follow at King’s Highway Cemetery, 271 Cherry St., Milford. Friends and family may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 23, 2018 at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT 06460. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405.
