Michael Thomas Tretola, Sr.

Michael Thomas Tretola, Sr., 89, of Milford, CT and formerly of Brooklyn, NY, beloved husband of Anne (Topputo) Tretola passed away peacefully on September 10, 2020. Born on June 13, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY he was the son of the late John and Rose (Giuffre) Tretola.  

Mike proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and worked on Wall Street for nearly 50 years. He was an avid bowler in CT and NY and was a huge NY Yankee fan.

Mike is survived by his children, Rosemarie (Jeff) Gomer and Michael T. (Jill) Tretola, Jr.; his grandchildren, Timothy (Lindsey), Alison (Randy), Robert and Michele; and his great grandchildren, Eliza, Aaron, and Brooklyn.

Family and friends may call on Sunday, September 13, 2020 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 N. Broad St., Milford, CT 06460. Social distancing and masks will be required. Due to gathering size limitations, only 25 people will be allowed inside at a time. Interment with Military Honors will take place on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 10 a.m. at State Veteran’s Cemetery, 317 Bow Ln, Middletown, CT 06457 (MEET DIRECTLY AT THE CEMETERY). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors Project at http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org
