Kelly Armour

Kelly Armour, 48, of West Haven, CT, beloved wife of William Armour, III, entered into eternal rest on July 31st, 2022.  Born on August 17th, 1973 in Milford, CT. She was the daughter of Charles and Gail Phillips of Milford, CT.  

Kelly was a devoted wife, mom and homemaker. She graduated from Jonathan Law High School in 1991 and Sacred Heart University with a BS in Psychology in 1997. Kelly was a beloved CCD teacher at Our Lady of Victory Parish in West Haven for many years before her illness prevented her from teaching anymore. She started the Prayerful Hearts group for anyone who was in need of prayer. Kelly loved writing, and wrote a book, At Rainbow’s End, A Memoir of Perseverance Through Adversity, so she could help others with similar struggles. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Kelly spent her time helping others instead of dwelling on her own illness, and was loved by everyone who was blessed to have known her. She loved her Catholic faith and lived her life as an example to all.

Kelly is survived by her husband William Armour, III, her son William Armour, IV, her dog Josie, her rabbit Snowpuff, her parents Charles and Gail Phillips, her mother-in-law Janet Armour, her brothers Kevin Phillips, Kyle Phillips and his wife Bethany, sister-in-law Jan Birch and her husband John, brother-in-law Scott Armour and his wife Julie, her nieces Shaina Birch, Chase and Rylee Phillips and her nephews Bobby Armour and John Birch, III.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, August 5, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at the Saint Catherine of Siena Parish, 220 Shelton Rd., Trumbull, CT 06611 (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH). Burial will follow at Saint Mary Cemetery, Buckingham Ave., Milford.
