Karen A. O’Neil, 44, of Milford, beloved wife of Sean O’Neil, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, July 13, 2018. Karen was born on December 15, 1973, in Framingham, MA, to J. Peter and Julie Guagenty.
In addition to her husband and parents, Karen leaves behind her daughters, Zoe Elizabeth and Clea Madeline; her brothers, Michael (Kelly), Matthew (Laurie), and Andrew (Lauren) Gaugenty; her parents-in-law, John W. and Karen M. O’Neil; her brother-in-law, Todd (Erin) O’Neill; several nieces and nephews; her dog, Cisco; and her cat, Charlie (who also thinks he’s a dog).
Karen was a force of nature and a hero to everyone who knew her. Her strength and tenacity were infectious. She inspired others to be better versions of themselves. Karen found joy being a wife, mother, educator, and friend as all can attest. Through her life and long battle with Breast Cancer, Karen approached every endeavor with positivity, passion, and the attitude of gratitude.
