James F. Delaney

James F. Delaney, 86, of Milford, passed away peacefully at home on December 14, 2018. James was born on January 3, 1932 in Waltham, MA to the late Bernard A. Delaney and Elizabeth M. Flaherty.

James proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was a veteran of the Korean War. James graduated from Northeastern University in Boston and worked as a financial analyst in Norwalk, CT.

James is survived by his siblings, Edith (Salvatore) Mazzarini, Lois (Walter) Bartkus, and Judith “Sandra” Steede; his daughter, Patricia W. Fike; his grandson, Brian M. Fike; and his several nieces and nephews and their families. 

A Graveside Service with Full Military Honors will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave., Bourne, MA 02532 (MEET DIRECTLY AT CEMETERY). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Constellation Hospice, 14 Westport Ave., Norwalk, CT 06851.
