Edward Albert Nevins, Jr.

Edward Albert Nevins, Jr., 63, of Hamden, beloved husband of Donna Nevins, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2020 surrounded by his family. Born on July 25, 1957 in Yonkers, NY, he was the son of the late Grace and Edward A. Nevins, Sr.   

Graduated Milford High School class of 1975. Worked for ABF trucking til he retired in 2015. Ed enjoyed his motorcycles, fishing, camping and NASCAR races . Loved spending time with his kids and grandkids and just sitting outside on the deck with his Dog Finnigan Grace.

Along with his wife, Ed leaves behind his children, Edward A. (Jen) Nevins, III and Jaime (Michael) Cormier; grandchildren, Skyler Nevins, Payten Nevins, and Brielle Cormier; sister, Linda (Jerry) Kane; nephews, Jason Hallam and Christopher (Heather) Hallam; and many extended family and close friends.

Friends and family may call from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the Cody-White Funeral Home 107 Broad Street Milford, CT 06460. Mask will be required and social distancing measures will be taken. Interment will take place on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Kings Highway Cemetery, 271 Cherry St., Milford (MEET DIRECTLY AT CEMETERY).
