Carolina Jaser

Carolina Jaser, 55, of Milford, beloved, passed away peacefully with her family present on March 19, 2023. Born on May 26, 1967 in Jerusalem, Palestine, she was the daughter of Naimeh (Yaser) Jaser and the late Yousef Jaser of Milford.

Carolina graduated from Foran High school in 1986. She worked for Paul’s Hamburger stand and served the Milford community for 20 years. She was a hard working woman and decided to open up her own business, Plaza Beef. Lina was an avid Yankees fan and enjoyed her love for music, dancing and being the life of every party she attended. She always made people laugh with her comical, witty personality. She loved everyone who crossed her path; she was selfless and giving to all even if it was her last.

Carolina is survived by her siblings, Alexandra (Elias) Jaser, Philomena Yaser, Alexander Jaser and Paul (Paulie) Jaser. She is predeceased by her brother-in-law, Abed Yaser and her niece Katrena Akel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cared for by her loving Goddaughter Rebecca (Brandon) Schneider and her longtime best friend Patricia Bodnar. She will be deeply missed and forever treasured in our hearts.
