Anna Deschnow

Anna Irene Deschnow (Crutchley) died peacefully at the age of 92 on November 17th, 2021. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Arthur, who passed March 12, 2002. She was also predeceased her siblings Joseph, Lillian, Jean Marie and Marion and her grandchild Alissa. She is survived by her three children, Peter Deschnow, Dennis Deschnow and Laura Butler.

Anna was born and raised in Stamford, CT where she worked as an United States Postal Service Clerk until she retired. Anna enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping to find the best deals, traveling and playing rather competitive games of pinochle, which she would somehow bet 500 and still make it.

Besides her children, Anna is survived by seven grandchildren and their significant others, Lisa Deschnow, Neil and Liz Deschnow, Cory and Brian Fournier, Adrienne and Jesse Quarford, Erin and Mario Deniz, Tyler Deschnow, and Anna Butler. She also is survived by seven great grandchildren: Jada, Mason, Liam, Macklin, Olivia, Marcus and Natalia.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, November 24th, 2021 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
